Rashida Williams is a Visual Communication Strategist, Illustrator, educator, and creative entrepreneur who brings art and strategy together to help people communicate ideas that matter.

With nearly a decade of experience as an artist, Rashida has worked across illustration, visual storytelling, creative strategy, education, workshops, and community-centered projects. She has illustrated multiple published books, including work purchased by Denver Public Schools, and partners with authors to transform their stories into engaging visual experiences for young readers. Her creative practice extends beyond illustration into helping organizations develop thoughtful visual communication, creative direction, and business development.

Rashida is also passionate about making creativity accessible through education. She develops art and illustration workshops, creative programming, and opportunities that help people build practical creative skills and discover new possibilities through art.

Currently, Rashida’s work sits at the intersection of creativity, education, branding, and business development. She serves as an Artist in Residence at Kent Denver School, where she works with students and supports visual arts and creative education. She is also the Head of Business Development for an education and youth-focused startup, where she focuses on building partnerships, identifying opportunities, and supporting the company’s growth. In addition, Rashida leads branding and development for Blind Grind Global, helping shape the organization’s brand, communicate its mission, and connect with its audience. Across each of these roles, she brings together creativity and strategy to help ideas and organizations grow.
